CAR HIRE
Car Hire provides the Traveler with flexibility that an organized package cannot. It provides privacy and the freedom to choose your schedule and route to suite your needs.
We have three categories as follows:
- 4WD vehicles – RAV4, Pajero, Land cruiser and Land rovers.
- New Models of Saloon Cars – Mercedes Benz, Toyota Corolla, Mitsubishi and Nissan Sunny.
- Any Vehicle on Special Request.

Insurance
All cars are insured but the excess premium incase of an Accident or Theft is the responsibility of the hirer.
The attention of the hirer is particularly drawn to the fact that our insurance shall only cover the hirer provided the hirer has signed our official forms.
Tour operations hiring our vehicles shall ensure that the vehicle is adequately covered by their insurance as our insurance will not cover cars hired out to tour operators for their own use. (Ref. motor pool policy)
Payments
Full payment for the period of hire is required from the hirer in advance. Saloon Cars price start from Kshs. 3000.00 (Saloon Cars) and from 5000.00 (4 WD Drives).
Period of Hire
It is the hirer’s responsibility to check oil and water at all times.
It is an offence to keep the car for more days than stated in the contract unless the company is notified of the extension and authorizes. Otherwise the police will be notified.
The speedometer is sealed. If the seal is tampered with legal action and or a minimum of 500km per day for the days of the hire will be charged.
The company is not responsible for any repairs over KHz 500.00 unless authorized by the company. The vehicle is given in good condition, no claims whatsoever will be entitled regarding the condition of the vehicle afterwards.
Theft of spare wheel tolls; traffic tickets etc are the sole responsibility of the hirer. Losses, punctured and burst tires, rims damaged will be replaced at a value specified by the owner. The vehicle shall be driven only when qualified to do so and whilst holding all necessary licenses and permits and shall at all times drive the vehicle in a careful and skilful manner in accordance with all legal requirements.
In case of an accident the hirer shall supply information, drawings assistance in connection with the accident to the owner or its insurer. The hirer shall not without the prior consent of the owner give any instruction for any repairs to the vehicle or for replacements of any parts thereof rendered necessary by the accident. Towing charges, loss of use and third party charges shall be the hirer’s responsibility. The vehicle should not be driven under the influence of alcohol.
The owner shall not under any circumstances be liable to make any payment to the hirer in respect of or to indemnify the hirer against any loss, injury or damage sustained by the hirer or by any other third party as a result of any defect therein whether it was caused by or through or due to negligence.
The owner shall not be responsible for expenses incurred i.e. accommodation, Hire of other transportation, missing scheduled departures or appointment due to any breakdown or accident.
If Chauffeur driven after 6:00pm the driver shall be paid kshs. 100.00 per hour.
The hire rate does not include fuel.
