3-Day Nakuru and Naivasha Safari: Explore Kenya’s Scenic Lakes

This Nakuru and Naivasha Safari lasts for only three days but takes you to the beautiful lakes of Kenya which are inhabited by various species of wildlife such as hippopotami, crocodiles, and various bird species such as flamingos, hammerkops, secretary birds, African fish eagles, African paradise flycatchers, cinnamons, egrets, saddle billed stocks, shoebills, and turacos.

Visits to these lakes will provide relaxation opportunities as you view incredible scenery of Kenya and take photos to remind you of the expeditions in this part of the country. Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Lake Naivasha National Park and explore.

Pick up from the hotels in Nairobi by our company drivers. Embark on the journey to Lake Naivasha which is approximately a 2 hour and 10 minutes’ drive.

This tour will enable visitors to view the wild animals and beautiful bird species that inhabit the lake. At 6:00 PM head to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Nakuru and explore.

Breakfast served early morning before 7:00am. After breakfast, make your way to Nakuru National Park which is only two hours’ drive away. On arrival in Lake Nakuru NP, visitors will explore the park to view its amazing features such as the beautiful sceneries and flamingos.

Flamingos on this lake line up in a very attractive way that provides moments for nice shots for photography enthusiasts. Head to the lodge at 6:00 PM for a mouth-watering dinner and stay for the night.

Day 3: Transfer to Nairobi.

After breakfast, embark on the journey back to Nairobi. There will be a stopover for lunch at Elephant sanctuary or carnivore restaurant. After lunch continue with the journey to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for an exit flight to the next destination.
